What You’ll be Doing:
- Provide metrics on specific VOC that allows report recipients to monitor KPIs consistently and to make any necessary business changes accordingly- Analyze data collected from the VOC in all areas and offer recommendations- Support all departments as information and insight is required from our large customer feedback database- Complete executive reports in a timely manner- Report on the Goodwill expenditures monthly- Conduct monthly reporting according to schedule- Provide direction and insight for business decision on all reports and data- Support the Claim Processing System (CPS) claims- Ensures that all SOPs are accurate, and available in the library- Provide TCI departments with new data or KPIs to accurately monitor departmental activities or the VOC
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or College diploma (i.e. Automotive, Business, Mathematics)- 2+ years’ experience preforming statistical analysis- Ability to visualize data in pictorial and graphic format- Previous experience with mTab, SPSS or equivalent- Strong MS Office skills with advanced level of Excel- Strong oral and written communication skills- Good organizational and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently- Customer Relations experience an asset- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
