Inbound Call Assistant

**Main responsibilities include**:
- Answer calls from stakeholders
- Have basic understanding of Asset Management and types of tradespeople.
- Have basic understanding of the Facilities Maintenance Contract and it deliverables.
- Communicate with Regional Offices
- Log call from stakeholders into the database
- Work with simple scripting to ensure accurate logging of callouts.
- Ability and knowledge of basic requirements and triage as required.
- Triage of callouts relating to emergency response
- Report on trends and analyse data.
- Manage and maintain a shared inbox.
- Review stakeholder requests and ensure effective triage.
**Salary**: $23.19-$26.28 per hour
