**FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Utilize data analysis (correlation and regression models) to support quoting processes, ensuring efficient and accurate cost estimates.
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly business intelligence tools to support decision-making across the company.
- Review past projects and quotes to identify improvement areas, focusing on quoting inefficiencies and solutions to maximize output.
- Generate weekly reports and insights for stakeholders, developing metrics to measure team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Explore new data sources, both internal and external, to harness hidden values and improve data quality for better insights.
- Support the project kick-off process for newly awarded businesses and manage data as a strategic asset.
- Perform data mining, report generation, and comparison of project actuals versus quote budget for continuous improvement.
- Suggest process and system improvements, including automation and the upgrade of business intelligence tools.
- Create advanced Power BI reports, integrating data across systems for real-time analysis.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, ensuring efficient, monitoring pipeline performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to meet data integration requirements.

**EDUCATION**:

- University Degree in Computer Science or Data Science or College Diploma in Technical Data or Systems Analytics

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a general understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience with database structure, data cleaning, research, mathematics, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and statistical programming (R or Python) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge in Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, technical writing, and machine learning is advantageous.
- Technical understanding of automation principles is a plus
