This is the Role:
The Supply Chain Analyst - Finance reports directly to the Sales Controller and will be based our of our Head Office in Milton, ON. In this role, you will provide analytic support to the finance and supply chain organization by generating and maintaining business metric reports for use in logistics analyses, inflation analyses, demand planning, and procurement. The Strategic Business Analyst - Finance will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- Improve and expedite reporting ensuring accuracy, professionalism and consistency.
- Evaluate company performance keeping the big picture in mind.
- Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations for a positive impact.
- Effective relationships with all key stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
- Develop innovative products, processes, ideas and solutions.
- Provide clear, honest and useful feedback to others.

This is What You Offer:

- Solid theoretical understanding from a University/College degree within Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Science or similar. CPA is a great asset, but not a requirement.
- Experience working with business systems like SAP.
- Quick learner within business intelligence software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player, focusing on common goals.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingualism is a strong asset, but not a requirement.
