**Purpose of the Role**
- The core role is account management of Intradco Global North American cargo clients, which involves both commercial and operational input. However, this particular role will be weighted towards the operational management and flight execution to the various air shipments that Intradco Global manage.
- Cargo account management responsibilities also include:

- To manage all aspects of a Cargo charter flight from initial request to putting offers together, following up with client and carrying through to booking and handling of flight operation to its completion.
- To maximise business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions whilst making suitable profit for the company.
- To generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiative including following up on new leads, client recommendations and networking opportunities.
- Contribute towards innovative solutions, processes, product development that help keep Intradco at the forefront of specialized Live Animal logistics.

To help continue a culture of creative thinking, precise execution, and fun throughout the whole Intradco team globally.

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**

Operational management*

Operationally manage complex air charter/freight/project movements. This will include but not limited to the following specialized niches - Live Animal, Event logistics, Perishables, Foodstuffs and other cool chain industries.
- Be a first point of contact for key clients to discuss, design and execute operational plans for their respective projects.
- Develop a global network of contacts and suppliers that help Intradco fulfil our product across our growing global footprint. This should include relationships with localized agents, handling agents, ULD/stall providers, Customs agents and Ground transport companies.
- Tailor the existing operational processes and create standard operations procedures for Intradco that will be implemented, followed and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Provide customs advice to both clients and internal Intradco team for the purpose of adhering to correct global customs protocols, providing clients with custom entries, and managing stall/ULD logistics.
- Foster a highly collaborative approach to market focused solutions, encouraging excellent intra-team communication at all levels, globally.
- Positively communicate cargo operations protocols and improvements with the team locally/globally
- Must hold valid Canadian Work Permit and be able to travel to US.**Client Relationship Management**
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities and increase client loyalty in an industry where client retention is never guaranteed.
- Ensure client is always kept informed of any development linked to specific bookings.
- To carry out the sales strategy and client account management plan given by Intradco Regional Manager / Intradco Director.**Flight Sales & Quoting**

Communicate effectively with aircraft providers for offers.
- Negotiate with aircraft providers when necessary to procure best value for clients.
- Evaluate suitable commission schedule.
- Ensure timely offer with detailed and accurate information is provided for clients.
- Follow up regularly and work towards confirmation.

**Flight Booking**
- Ensure all contracts, insurance and regulatory matters are accurate, legally compliant and that company requirements are met.
- Verify supplier contract in detail and ensure all terms comply with CF charter agreement.
- Issue flight brief with all flight related information.**Administration**
- Assist with administrative jobs that are required for finance, legal, marketing and other inter-departmental
- Assist with flight reconciliations, which includes checking revenues and costs against each flight fixture and assisting accounts teams with presenting and reconciling financial information.
- Assist with legal processes, to ensure contracting process stipulated by CF legal department is maintained
- Assist with Data entry into group broker software called AWERY
- Assist with Data entry into group CRM software called INFOR**Communication**
