Office Assistant

This is a full time, in-person position. The individual we are seeking should have strong organizational knowledge/skills, excellent written and verbal skills, knowledge of MS Office/Excel, and is suited to fast paced work environment. Undergraduate degree and experience in document preparation and drafting are assets.
Job Duties
Prepare and follow-up with various correspondence
Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through to completion
Drafting & reviewing documents and follow up with outside parties as required
Provide admin and general business support to executive in day-to-day matters
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1-year administrative experience is a must
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Exhibits a professional image, mature communication style and proper telephone manner
Self-starter who demonstrates a high level of accountability and sound judgement
Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrates effective organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
