**Job Description**:
Le conseiller en approvisionnement agit à titre de collaborateur en approvisionnement pour la ou les catégorie(s) de biens et services sous sa responsabilité. Il agit à titre de rôle-conseil auprès de sa clientèle, analyse leurs besoins d’affaires en TI et autres pour ensuite définir et proposer des stratégies d’approvisionnement appropriées. Il participe à la planification des initiatives d'approvisionnement afin de contribuer à la réalisation du plan d’approvisionnement stratégique alignés aux objectifs d’affaires de notre organisation. Ce rôle comprend également la préparation des contrats, le lancement des appels d’offres, l’analyse des soumissions ainsi que la négociation avec les fournisseurs. Il réalise des mandats spécifiques; collabore aux projets ayant un impact sur les opérations de la direction; analyse des situations particulières et recommande des solutions appropriées et participe aux activités de veille en approvisionnement.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Contribuer à la réalisation du plan d’approvisionnement stratégique de son service en lien avec les objectifs d’affaires de l'organisation. Il a la responsabilité de trouver les meilleures stratégies d’approvisionnement afin de réduire et/ou contrôler les coûts d’acquisition, augmenter la qualité du service et réduire le niveau de risque pour l’organisation- Assurer le respect des politiques et directives en vigueur ayant un lien avec l’acquisition de biens et services de l’organisation, s’assurer du respect des standards et des procédures- Collaborer avec les partenaires internes afin de définir et évaluer les besoins d’affaires en acquisition de biens et services.- Procéder à l’acquisition (via des demandes de prix et des appels d’offres), analyser les soumissions reçues, rédiger une recommandation, négocier les ententes, procéder aux signatures de contrats, assurer un suivi lors de l’implantation, procéder aux correctifs si nécessaire en cours de contrat et évaluer le fournisseur/prestataire de service en fin de contrat- Développer et maintenir les relations d’affaires et les ententes avec les fournisseurs, veiller au respect des contrats, suivre les tendances des prix, procéder à l’analyse des renouvellements- Agir à titre d’ambassadeur et d’expert en effectuant une vigie constante du marché et des meilleurs pratiques liés à l’approvisionnement et aux diverses catégories d’achats

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (option gestion des approvisionnements serait considéré comme un atout), en droit ou dans un autre domaine pertinent- Posséder au minimum 7 années d’expérience pertinente- Détenir le titre professionnel en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (P.G.C.A) et être membre de la corporation des approvisionneurs du Québec (C.A.Q) (atout)- Excellente connaissance du marché, des pratiques, des tendances et des enjeux pour les secteurs de l’approvisionnement et de l’assurance (atout)- Maitrise avancée des langues française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
