Futerra Waste Solutions seeks a combination Administration Assistant and Truck Parts Clerk on a full-time basis. - **Roles and Responsibilities**_

- intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of cloud-based platforms are necessary.
- comfort with thinking on their feet in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Admin assistant duties will be as required, including:_
- data entry
- file maintenance
- establishing procedures for efficiency and accurate record keeping, as well as acquiring and distributing pertinent permits.
- onboarding of new drivers into the Electronic Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service (HOS)
- creating and tracking secondary copies of driver logs
- staying informed on new and current regulations is also required on the administration end.
- scheduling of truck maintenance, inspections and repairs
- diligent maintain maintenance records of trucks and trailers and the systematic acquiring of detailed information from drivers regarding truck issues that will be recorded and passed along to the fleet mechanic.
- working knowledge of Lower Mainland roadways/infrastructure is an asset.
- Truck Parts Clerk duties include:_
- management of the daily functions of the parts operations, including procuring, ordering, processing, and wells as organizing the pick up and drop off of parts.
- accurately tracking parts inventory
- assisting mechanic with parts searches
- Personal Qualifications:_
- demonstrates an active interest and investment in learning about the fleet and fleet maintenance is critical.
- superior interpersonal and communication skills
- capacity to operate as part of a team equally as well as working independently.
- reliable and flexible
- ability to handle pressure due to tight deadlines and unexpected schedule changes.

- highly organized

- $23/hr starting wage
- extended Health and Dental Benefits after 3 month probation period
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
