Inside Sales/customer Service Representative

**Job Title**: Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
**Reports To**: Linda Samuels
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the expansion of the prospects and sales pipeline database, including data entry, and generate monthly progress reports featuring identified opportunities.
- Foster product line growth, enhance customer relationships, and attend to customer priorities, while also managing in-house accounts and maintaining consistent follow-up on projects, samples, and requests.
- Utilize sales history and samples for follow-ups, and research new industries, customers, and suppliers.
- Actively pursue leads from diverse sources including trade shows, websites, web marketing, external sales efforts, and occasionally through outreach methods like cold calling.
- Drive effective communication with customers and internal teams, managing pricing, product availability, forecasting, and the initiation of providing product samples and quotes to potential clients.
- Steer business growth by engaging customers with current and new product communication, while also expanding and retaining the customer base through comprehensive insights into accounts, prospects, competitors, and suppliers.
- Foster business expansion by communicating with customers about current and new products, while also developing comprehensive insights into existing accounts, prospects, competitors, and suppliers to enhance customer base expansion and retention.
- Develop expertise in products and understand individual customer requirements for practical solutions and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with various departments (planning, production, shipping, and sales) to foresee concerns and ensure timely order delivery, while monitoring active sales orders and addressing fulfillment delays proactively.
- Furnish precise information regarding price quotes and product availability, streamlining order flow and shipping procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, capturing situation details accurately in both verbal and written communication.
- Thrive in multitasking under pressure, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and composure.

- Displays exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
