**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enhance established growth marketing strategies, focusing on maximizing results through our social media channels.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media to strengthen community engagement and drive brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics from social media and other digital marketing channels to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all social media content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Report on key performance indicators and insights to senior management, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth/ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record in social media management and content creation.
- Strong familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and major social media platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to leverage data in decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and marketing strategy implementation.
- Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Mastery in, and passion, for all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
