The Transaction Manager is responsible for leading brokerage administration including listings and deals and office management. This role works extensively to improve the overall partner experience and ensure the highest level of compliance and efficiency of the brokerage.

**Key Functions & Duties**:
In this position you support the brokerage when you:

- Lead and oversee administrative and deals administrators at head office and all brand offices including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling staff. Provide back-up reception relief/coverage when necessary.
- Manage the front office operation including software and answering service
- Oversee listings and deals processes for all resale transactions includes reviewing correspondence during the administrative process ensuring full task completion and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct the on-boarding and off-boarding of Sales Representative. Ensure all training and necessary documentations are completed
- Transaction compliance review of all required documentation upon closing and prior to payment release.
- Implement and manage new initiatives and processes to improve transaction efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and completion.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and effective collection of commissions and manage the processing for outstanding payments in collaboration with the legal team.
- Respond to Agent and inter-department inquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with other departments on streamlining and developing administrative efficiencies

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated team leadership
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize based on business requirements
- In depth understanding of real estate brokerage deals/transactions administration
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication (written and oral), presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient with MS Office suites i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc and Lonewolf

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of office management within a realty brokerage firm preferably in a leadership role

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
