**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:
Front Desk/Reception 3 years experience required

Experience in Medical Aesthetics and Medical Grade Skin care required

Passion for all things Health, Wellness, Skin, and Body required

Background in sales is an asset

Jane experience an asset

Essential Duties:

- Display exceptional customer service to all clients and patients to the clinic
- Confirming that all consent forms are signed before treatment is performed
- A general understanding of the medical aesthetic industry and current trends
- Maintain confidential medical files and record
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Answering questions from clients
- Sell proprietary skin care products and treatments
- Support and assist all roles and duties within the clinic as needed

Employment Status: Part Time Position employee position

**Salary**: $20-$25 per hour

Benefits: Health Spending Account available after 3 months of employment.

Coverage includes all major professional services, dental, vision, hospital, and medical.

Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
