**About this role**

**What you'll do**
- Vendor Management:

- Coordinate with:

- Food and beverage vendors on issues, headcount, menus;
- Janitorial on any additional needs
- Property Management for building and parking access
- Point of contact for vendors that are on site
- Assist with setup, coordination, and scheduling of on-site events, catering, and meetings
- Answer questions of team members
- Assist with setup, coordination, and scheduling of on-site events, catering, meetings, all hands, and interviews
- Update digital dashboards with monthly, weekly events and information
- Process mail sort and distribute inbound mail, and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain communal office spaces to maintain a Faire aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
- Backup to other administrative tasks that may come up and facilities projects on a needed basis
- Badging system: Issues badges to all employees
- Documentation: Updates all notion pages and proper documentation for KW
- Manage and audit systems and tools used to track visitors and employees and ensure we are utilizing them properly and implementing them in all locations.

- Expand role in health and Safety for the KW office, partnering with the Office Manager in monthly audits.
- Daily walks of the office to ensure conference rooms are stocked and in order for daily use

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in reception and office administration
- Have an unparalleled "can-do" attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple competing items
- Be service-oriented and have superior organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Experience with G-Suite products: Gmail, Google Drive, Google calendar
- Understanding of video conferencing systems, such as Zoom, and their features preferred
