As the Associate Manager, Partner Development you will be responsible for contributing to the strategic operations and administrative support for the Partner Development team. In addition, you will be assigned a portfolio consisting of key smaller accounts.

**The Role**

The Associate Manager, Partner Development will
- National Account support for both Partner Development and External Partners including reporting and administration
- Manage and produce weekly reports and analysis to partner development department
- Provide administrative support in relation to release schedule, content delivery, internal and external communications
- Partner with respective account leads on weekly content schedule management
- Operationally manage sales campaigns/pricing for iTunes including UPCs, price changes and coordination with internal teams as well as identifying new release targets and manage entry into the corresponding database.
- Manage and source press photos, creative and project assets for international and domestic artist roster
- Solicit, collaborate, consolidate, and deliver Partner Development portions for use in marketing briefs/plans
- Observe charts and trends and make recommendations to management for opportunities
- Support coordination for account meetings, partner-related events & artist showcases
- Assist the Partner Development team to provide various reporting to logistics team
- Develop and/or continue to grow existing relationships with key small accounts (accounts TBC)
- Assist in pitching for and securing national and regional exposure for emerging and high-profile artists across external partners
- Liaise with Sony Music Canada & US contacts to discuss, establish and share best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field is an asset
- 2-3 years of business experience and working knowledge of music trends and practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and be a self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take the initiative, problem solve and multi-task

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
