**About LifePlan Investments Inc. **Objectives of this Role**:
- Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
- Implement established policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified
- Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
- Monitor production by reviewing insurance sales platforms and tracking metrics in Google Sheets
- Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
**Skills and Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience as an assistant to an advisor in a highly professional, confidential, and fast-paced environment and/or 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong time-management, organizational, and people skills
- The ability to be flexible, adaptable, and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with insurance advisor portals
- Proficiency with Google Suite and office software i.e. Adobe
- Experience in managing Company Social Media profiles
- Organizing and managing events
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous success in office management, especially in insurance and wealth management offices, and having worked with their advisors
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
