**About the Role**

The Director, Systems and Data is responsible for providing strategic leadership for process enhancements and technology solutions that support the student experience and operational efficiencies within Student Services. This role champions technology and new ways of thinking to enhance the student journey, streamline operations, and ensure data-informed decision-making. This position also oversees three key functions of systems management, data analysis, and project implementation. Additionally, this role creates and implements projects that address these priorities and serve as a valuable advisor to the Student Services Executive.
