Each cup of our coffee impacts families of smallholder coffee farmers and takes important steps towards their independence and freedom. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, growing an online community, and tracking that community’s growth.

This is a video heavy role. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Content Marketer to join our marketing team. The Video Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging video content that promotes our Brand, Products, and Story across various platforms. This role requires expertise in video production, storytelling, and digital marketing strategies to ensure that video content reaches and resonates with target audiences.

Acquiring new customers efficiently: by testing new channels, or optimizing those that already exist, you can expect to quickly scale the company’s acquisition strategy. Learning about the company, what works, and what doesn't - and iterating accordingly.

This role requires continuous testing and iteration based on data and analytics. In order to properly collect data on what works best, you will try new channels and strategies, set performance goals, and see if you can hit them — then double down or move on to the next thing.

Increasing conversion, engagement and narrowing Road Coffee’s target audiences are top priorities in this role. This requires an engineer-like marketing mind. You will be responsible for turning the business model and customer funnel into a highly productive, predictable machine.

It’s a pivotal role that will allow our company to drive revenue and find ways to optimize our marketing efforts while ensuring a great customer experience while we work towards ending predatory lending for coffee farmers and lifting them into independence and freedom

As a strong content marketer you can see the big picture, and look holistically at how each channel fits into a larger strategy, often involving working on multiple channels at taaahe same time. You balance your time between initiating and nurturing the growth of the company.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and execute video marketing campaigns that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for product launches, promotions, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content and images for online platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, tiktok and the company website.
- Produce high-quality engaging content by collaborating
- Developing hypothetical solutions to address problems, including a/b testing
- Planning, optimizing and scaling paid ads
- Create reports on marketing performance.
- Improving key data metrics including CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Content performance, Customer retention.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to try new things, review, and iterate
- Proven experience in video production and digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing video content created for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to create engaging video narratives.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices for content
