**Job Overview**
At Sysgenix, our Social Media Content Creators collaborate within a dynamic team to craft engaging content that captures attention on platforms like Facebook, tells compelling brand stories on YouTube, and creates visually stunning Instagram feeds that leave users hooked. As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll partner with Senior Strategists, clients, consumers, and influencers to deliver top-tier digital experiences. This role demands a high level of creativity, innovative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually impactful content that stands out in today’s digital landscape

**Responsibilities**
**Content Creation**: Craft, curate, and manage high-quality, original content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and new emerging social networks.

**Strategy Development**: Design and implement tailored social media strategies to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and drive organic growth.

**Community Engagement**: Build a vibrant online community by sparking conversations and promoting user-generated content.

**Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding customer support through social media by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

**Copywriting**: Develop captivating captions, posts, and content that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.

**Social Media Campaigns**: Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.

**Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights, using data-driven insights to refine future strategies.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.

**Collaboration**: Partner with strategists, designers, clients, consumers, and influencers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

**Influencer Partnerships**: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content and amplify brand reach.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong creativity to craft engaging, visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience); certifications like Google/Facebook are a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn tools like Hootsuite, MailChimp, Zapier, etc.
- Customer service experience and professionalism.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
