**Job Description**:
You will be part of a small international team responsible with the certification and store publishing of Ubisoft's mobile games. Your goal is to handle backend setups correctly for our apps, and to successfully coordinate with multiple studios and teams to ultimately release our games to millions of users worldwide.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Be the point of contact for our studios for mobile stores distribution topics
- Provide technical backend support to our teams throughout various stages of development both proactively and on request
- Correctly follow our standard operating procedures for each setup
- Prepare and submit our mobile games to the App Store and Google Play Store
- Monitor planning dates and submission status and correctly inform studios of each step and status change
- Identify planning risks and ensure that your management and key stakeholders have the right level of visibility
- Coordinate with your team and studios for the required deliverables
- After key releases, monitor KPIs and compile short reports for stakeholders
- Proactively contribute to our extensive documentation whenever necessary
- Keep up to date on industry news, assess impact, and share key info with the rest of the company

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in another software company on a similar role
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills as this will consist in a big part of your work
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in order to handle the needs of your portfolio's day to day
- Demonstrated ability to easily adapt to the dynamic and rapidly changing mobile ecosystem, and be the one explaining it to our stakeholders
- Have strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills when investigating technical requests
- Track record in managing and processing a high influx of information that needs to be taken into account, acted on, and followed up on daily.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a transversal group
**Bonus Skills**
- Knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Developer Console.
- Hands-on Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration tools experience.
- Computer literate, experience with various software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

As Ubisoft's first exclusively Mobile studio, our focus is on originality and functionality. Creating new projects and developing Flagship Ubisoft IPs. Our position on the tip of the East Coast is strategic in terms of studio efficiency (closest to European and American Time zones), and creativity (biggest game hub east of Montreal).
