Our solutions live in the Microsoft Azure Cloud and provide integrations with other systems to develop harmony between people, devices, and systems. Experience in this area will be valued, and the desire to learn more will be essential.

We are looking to build upon solid foundations to support our existing Canadian Clients and grow the business throughout our regions. We have an exciting pipeline of projects planned for 2024 and beyond, with some high profile and diverse organisations.

This new exciting role is within our Solution Delivery Team who are responsible for the provision of Agility, to new sites, management of existing customers and coordinating the delivery of the technical solutions to achieve agreed customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role you must be responsive, innovative, and have a passion for delivering IT solutions in accordance with best practice principles. You must have excellent attention to detail, be extremely organised, have strong coordination and communication skills, be able to think on your feet and outside of the box, show initiative and work collaboratively. Ideally, you will have a strong general technical understanding of I.T.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical IT project management role delivering on complex and technical projects.
- Be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes.
- Have experience with operational change planning, resolving complex risks and issues and the successful delivery of agreed priorities and objectives.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter who is self-motivated with plenty of initiative.
- Have experience delivering successful ICT projects.
- Demonstrate communication and relationship-building skills to all levels of enterprise organisations.

Desired skills/Competencies:

- Technical skill in skills in SQL Reporting and XML will be highly regarded.
- ITIL or other software management frameworks.
- PRINCE2 or other Project Management certifications.
- Experience in Asset Management Systems.
- Implementing COTS software.

The role will initially place you within our modern offices on one of our Client sites in Mississauga, with options to work-from-home and on customer sites as the role requires/develops.

There will also be opportunities to travel to other Agility sites worldwide. As you can imagine, a company like ours with a global reach requires a degree of flexibility and Agility

This role would be ideal for a someone who has proven themselves in implementations of COTS packages and looking to take their career into a new direction with a forward-thinking organisation.
