  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of the technologies and tools being utilized (such as Java, Gen AI, LLMs) is crucial. This includes familiarity with concepts like chaos engineering, AI/ML, and software development methodologies.

2. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing technical projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

3. Roadmap Development and Execution: Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and technical capabilities. Experience in translating high-level objectives into actionable plans.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity on project goals and deliverables.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying and addressing project roadblocks and challenges effectively, with a focus on finding practical solutions.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for conveying complex technical information to various stakeholders, including team members, executives, and clients.

Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:

1. Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban can be beneficial for managing dynamic and iterative development processes.

2. Data Analysis Skills: Given the AI focus, experience in data analysis and interpretation can aid in making informed decisions based on project metrics and performance indicators.

3. Quality Assurance Knowledge: Understanding of software testing and quality assurance practices to ensure that deliverables meet the required standards.

4. Management Skills: Experience in working with partners if the project involves outsourcing certain aspects or collaborating with third-party providers.

5. Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Given the evolving nature of technology, a mindset for continuous learning and adaptability to new tools and methodologies is advantageous.

6. Domain-Specific Knowledge: Depending on the project specifics (like cost chaos engineering or AI conversion), domain-specific knowledge can provide deeper insights and context for decision-making.
