We are currently looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager to lead software-related projects from end to end while keeping in mind complex business requirements, strict quality standards, and aggressive project timelines.

- Develop and maintain project plans, prepare project status reports, and keep management, clients and other project stakeholders informed of the status.
- Maintain the day-to-day operation of projects ensuring that all projects are reliably delivered on time, on budget and with a high standard of quality.
- Track key project milestones and proactively adjust project plans and/or resources to meet conditions and changes in project scope.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones for presentation to senior management.
- Conduct in-depth client interviews to determine scope, priority, and constraints of business needs.
- Lead the development of project charters, business case documents and cost justifications
- Engage IT and business stakeholders and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
- Hold business stakeholders accountable for deliverables and work with them to assess and course correct as necessary to resolve issues.
- Create clear and attainable project deliverables, based on project requirements, translates technical tasks into understandable tasks and milestones.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science or other related field
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
- Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP) Scrum Master certification a strong asset
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a strong asset
- Experience leading software projects in Waterfall and Agile settings
- Deep understanding of SCRUM and Kanban concepts
- Ability to learn custom solutions in-depth (features, functionalities) and assist with UAT
- A strategic mindset, capable of connecting business outcomes to technology solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of communicating technical and non-technical information effectively to all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, capable of taking initiative to proactively problem solve and identify solutions with mínimal oversight
- Organized individual with ability to prioritize and manage multiple IT projects at the same time
- Demonstrated understanding of how technical constraints, business requirements, and user feedback affects design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Bilingual in English & French a strong asset
