Nous sommes à la recherche d’un.e Représentant.e des ventes en santé mentale pour un poste sur le territoire de KW, Brampton et environs. Ce poste permanent à temps-plein se rapporte au ou à la Chef.fe régional des affaires, troubles de l’humeur.

En tant que membre d’une équipe d’envergure nationale, le ou la Spécialiste, santé mentale fait partie d’une équipe régionale des ventes dont la grande efficacité, la motivation, l’esprit novateur et l’enthousiasme contribuent à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente de Lundbeck Canada. Le ou la Spécialiste en santé mentale, se rapporte à un.e Chef.fe régional.e des affaires, troubles de l’humeur.

**Atteinte des objectifs de vente (50 %)**
- Atteint les objectifs de vente du territoire pour les produits en Psychiatrie dont Lundbeck fait la promotion.
- Connaît parfaitement et assure la promotion des produits en Psychiatrie de Lundbeck et de ses partenaires, ainsi que de nos services, auprès des hôpitaux, des cliniques et des professionnels de la santé en faisant un usage optimal et professionnel des outils du cycle de vente, dans le respect des règles de conformité.
- Tisse et maintient des relations avec les clients (médecins, infirmières et partenaires d’affaires), cerne leurs besoins, les informe sur les produits et leur offre des services de qualité.
- Reste à jour sur les produits en psychiatrie concurrents et les développements scientifiques.

**Planification des activités (20%)**
- Conformément au plan stratégique national et en accord avec le.la Chef.fe régional.e des affaires, troubles de l’humeur, élabore et révise régulièrement son plan d’affaires et les activités tactiques pour son territoire afin de maximiser les efforts de vente, d’optimiser les possibilités de croissance et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Utilise adéquatement les différentes méthodes de communication pour optimiser l’accès aux professionnels de la santé (face à face et virtuelles).
- Gère le budget des activités sur le terrain adéquatement afin de rejoindre les clients cibles de façon optimale et de maximiser l’efficacité de leurs interactions.
- Prépare et analyse chaque visite et appel selon le modèle de vente de Lundbeck dans le but de faire progresser les clients dans le continuum d’adoption.
- Utilise le système de rapports de ventes et de performances par rapport aux KPI de façon à optimiser la performance en territoire.
- Demeure à l’affût de ce qui se passe dans le territoire grâce aux interactions avec les clients et adapte ses tactiques en conséquence.
- Collabore avec les équipes de ventes et les autres départements -équipes marketing, médicale, formation et efficacité commerciale - pour offrir des solutions sur mesure et maximiser le potentiel du(des) produit(s) en Psychiatrie et des ventes; contribue activement à l’amélioration et à l’optimisation des activités commerciales nationales et régionales.
- Assiste aux réunions de l’entreprise et aux principales conventions de l’industrie.

**Activités de communication et d’éducation médicale (25%)**
- Élabore des programmes de formation médicale continue (FMC) accrédités axés sur les besoins et d’autres activités d’apprentissage conformément au plan d’action du cycle en cours, et fait un suivi pour en optimiser les retombées.
- Collabore étroitement avec les équipes d’éducation médicale et d’attachés scientifiques médicaux afin de cerner les possibilités de formation et le développement de leader d’opinion.
- S’assure de la conformité et du respect des règles d’éthique de toutes les activités de formation organisées auprès de la clientèle.

**Administration et conformité de l’entreprise aux règles en vigueur (5%)**
- Tient à jour la liste des principaux clients cibles.
- Se sert du système CRM (Customer Relations Management System) pour s’assurer que les activités sur le terrain sont saisies et documentées.
- Entre ses dépenses dans le système de la compagnie très régulièrement.
- Se conforme aux processus de Lundbeck Canada et répond aux besoins commerciaux de l’entreprise en temps opportun et de manière efficace.
- Doit rester à jour sur et se conformer en tout temps aux procédures légales et de conformité de Lundbeck Canada.

**Conditions d’admissibilité**:

- Baccalauréat en sciences de la vie ou en administration des affaires
- 2 ans d’expérience en vente, idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique canadienne
- Expérience dans le domaine du système nerveux central et/ou expérience de travail avec des psychiatres un atout
- Excellent sens
