**3rd Party Contract Coordinator**

The 3rd Party Contract Coordinator will provide administrative support to managers ensuring efficiency by gathering data, maintaining schedules, scheduling meetings, following up on production and assisting in maintaining relationships with external groups.

**Job Duties**
- Manage administrative information, including precise data entry, filing, and drafting clear communications
- Prepare and maintain documents and reports
- Assist management with daily operational activities such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes and following up on topics brought up in meeting
- Manage administrative and financial information, including accurate data entry, and current account balances and due payments
- Assists with the planning and organizing of events, staff training, and meetings
- Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Assist in creating, updating and managing manufacturing and quality agreements with 3rd parties

**Qualifications**
- Cannabis Operations or Project management experience required
- Exceptional communication and people management skills required
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills required
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong Excel & Microsoft office skills
- ERP knowledge an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour
