Product Sales Director

About the Role
This Business Development Manager position requires a self-motivated individual with strong negotiation, organizational, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing; experience in fertilizer or related products preferred
- Proven experience in business planning
- Project management experience considered an asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
The successful candidate will be accountable for third-party contracts, coordinating internal activities, recommending budget reporting, and working to achieve sales and netback targets.
