Le.la titulaire du poste coordonnera les activités reliées à la livraison de produits frais et aux agents distributeurs du secteur de la rive-sud de Montréal. Il.elle agira à titre de référence pour les superviseurs de l’équipe et leur apportera le support nécessaire au bon déroulement des opérations. Il.elle assistera directement le chef distribution dans tous les aspects du réseau de proximité.

En quoi consiste ce rôle:
- Planifier et organiser les activités quotidiennes de distribution de produits frais reliés à son secteur, en vue de réaliser les objectifs opérationnels
- Développer / maintenir des partenariats d'affaires avec le réseau d’agents distributeur, tout en s'assurant du bon respect des obligations contractuelles
- Soutenir et participer activement aux initiatives et projets impactant l’équipe.
- Travailler avec les différentes fonctions d'Agropur (Entreposage, Transport, Service client, Vente) pour optimiser et améliorer les méthodes et processus de travail
- Supporte et agit comme conseiller et expert auprès des superviseurs de l’équipe.
- Participation active aux processus de révision des commissions, révision des subventions, et autres ajustements ayant un impact financier sur le budget de l’équipe.
- Analyser les routes avec les superviseurs, à l’aide de rapports Oracle, afin de repérer des écarts et procéder aux corrections
- Préparer les communications pertinentes à partager au réseau de distributeurs
Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe:
- Baccalauréat en gestion des opérations, logistique ou administration ou DEC en logistique avec une combinaison suffisante d’expérience
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en transport, distribution ou gestion de la chaine logistique
- Très bonne connaissance des logiciels informatisés (Suite Office, Oracle un atout)
- Bilinguisme ou anglais avancé
