Position: Dental Administrator

One of our lovely admins is moving to Edmonton so we are looking to bring on another team member to take over. We are looking to add a full time administrator to our rapidly growing office.

**Requirements**:

- minimum 1 year experience in a dental office administrator role
- full time
- availability for evenings and weekends (Saturdays only. Willing to consider alternating Saturdays if desired)
- experience with Dentrix and Recall Max is ideal
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- flexibility
- willingness to learn and grow
- adaptability
- able to work well in a digital setting

**Responsibilities**:

- communicating costs, including insurance coverage details, to patients thoroughly and clearly
- collecting and documenting payments
- insurance pre-determinations
- booking appointments and filling the schedule
- maintaining detailed, thorough patient records
- following office procedures and protocols
