**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources with direct supervision provided by the Total Rewards and People Analytics Lead. The Total Rewards and People Analytics Analyst is a key member of the HR team and is the technical expert and system administrator for the organizations HR systems including the comprehensive total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, pension) that aligns employee rewards with results that support the organization’s objectives.

The total rewards strategy and programs enable the organization to attract, reward, and retain top talent.

In partnership with the HR Business Partners, HR Systems Lead, and the HR Managers, the HR Analyst will design, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards to support decision making related to the Human Resources function at all levels of the organization. ensure PRHC has the appropriate people data to make appropriate evidence-based decisions on staffing levels/mixes and will ensure that HR is able to make well informed data driven decisions. The HR Analyst is a support for varying aspects of the HRIS compensation modules from a super user perspective.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of experience working closely with HR systems with a strong focus on total rewards experience including pay equity, compensation, pay structure design and development, executive compensation design and development, performance management design and development
- Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation
- Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships while resolving difficult issues
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
