**What you will do**...
- Execute on a plan to provide for sustainable and cost-effective growth, by developing a pipeline of potential sales opportunities
- Convert pipeline opportunities into sales of Chrysos PhotonAssayTM into the allocated regional/customer market.
- Support of Chrysos’ presence at industry conferences and trade shows; produce tangible new leads and sales pipeline opportunities from events.
- Prepare sales action plans in collaboration with the sales team to maintain a targeted and focused approach that contributes to top line revenue growth.
- Support the North American Regional Sales Manager with business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching, and analyzing tactical sales options.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
- Create, maintain, and update CRM records to support the North American team.
- Work closely in conjunction with the technical studies personnel to ensure the value proposition is appropriately represented to the market.
- Prepare, and collaborate on sales proposals and responses to RFP/RFQ’s and tenders, working closely with the team to ensure that scope is accurately planned and communicated.
- Active engagement with industry bodies, government departments and associations.
- Assist with coordination of travel, sales related administration and reporting.

- **Skills and education required**_
- **University Degree qualifications in Geology, Geochemistry, Metallurgy, or other relevant science related disciplines**:

- Strong desire to achieve and gain experience in technical sales, business development and marketing in the mining and resources industry.
- Ability to develop sufficient technical understanding to accurately represent PhotonAssayTM capabilities and translate the technology offering into higher level business propositions.
- Experience in a mineral testing and analysis laboratory environment, mining consultancy group, scientific instrumentation, or mining company.
- Experience with the preparation of proposals and tenders.
- Ability to understand key drivers for Gold, base metals across geology, mining, and processing.
- Able and willing to travel and work within Canada and overseas, including remote locations such as mine sites to meet face to face with clients.
- High quality written and oral communication, very good personal presentation skills, and competent in use of MS Office Suite.
- English fluency a requirement, ability to speak a second language (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese) an asset.
- Canadian working rights in country with current passport.
