Line cooks are responsible for preparing a wide range of foods. This position commonly prepares fish and chips, calamari, fish tacos, grilled fish, but they may also be called upon to cook other types of food as well. Baking & pastry skills are a huge advantage as we are looking to add homemade desserts to our menu

Line cooks must have a strong attention to detail when it comes to their work. They need to ensure that all of their products come out perfectly cooked every time—no matter how busy the restaurant is or how many orders are coming through at once.

Some duties will include;
- Preparing food items according to the menu or recipe guidelines, such as measuring ingredients, cutting vegetables, or mixing batters
- Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring that food preparation areas are stocked with supplies such as paper towels, plates, silverware, and cleaning products
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, blenders, food processors, and coffee makers
- Following safety regulations when using kitchen equipment such as stoves and ovens

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
