Sales Administrator

Thornhill Hyundai is actively searching for a full-time **Sales Administrator** to support the **New and Pre-Owned Car Department**. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team of Sales Consultants and managers_._
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for new vehicle dealer trades
- Clerical work supporting used vehicle wholesale transactions
- Create and Manage New and Used Inventory lists
- Create trade in dockets
- Create Bill of Sales for all new and used wholesale deals
- Commission all New and Used Deals
- Co-ordinate licensing for auction purchases and sales
- Inspect vehicles upon arrival from auction and manufacturer
- Oversee bank inventory audits
- Provide administrative support. Including assignment of stock numbers, maintenance of inventory, maintenance of accurate dealer defaults and group dealer options in Docket Files.
- Responsible for recording delivered vehicles, accurate lot status of all vehicles, mileage of demo vehicles and updating vehicle pricing.
- Provide word processing, filing, faxing and other clerical support to department managers as coordinated and directed by the Sales Manager, General Sales Manager or General Manager.
- Work cooperatively with all department managers.
- Performs other duties as assigned by New or Used Car Manager
**Experience**
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with people in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. This includes excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be technology savvy with the ability to use a variety of programs.
- Attention to detail and an ability to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks. An understanding of accounting concepts is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years Automotive Dealership experience would be an asset
- Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK or Tekion experience would be an asset
