**Job Summary**: As a member of the Clinical Management team, you will report to the Director of Clinical Services. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing the day-to-day supervision and oversight for Specialized Services (SS) programs including direction and supervision of a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff, liaising with Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD), and collaborating with participants and families to help resolve concerns and improve the overall quality of supports provided.

**Qualifications**
The successful applicant will possess a minimum of a master’s degree and be registered as a Psychologist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist in good standing with the associated regulatory body in Alberta. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the field of autism supports and have previous experience supervising clinical staff. The successful applicant must obtain a clear criminal record check, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain professional registration as a Psychologist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist with liability insurance.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct supervision to a highly skilled and talented multidisciplinary team
- Provide mentorship to clinical staff on the day-to-day responsibilities related to programming
- Review service plans and reports to ensure alignment with neurodiversity-affirming practice as well as CFASA values and philosophical framework
- Liaise with FSCD to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of services
- Collaborate with families to gather and implement feedback about services, including working together to resolve concerns or complaints and to provide a high quality of services that reflect the CFASA’s policies, procedures, and FSCD-set program mandates
- Monitor and allocate program resources (e.g., clinician caseloads and other activities)
- Lead CFASA initiatives that support the overall wellbeing of persons served and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
