**The core responsibility within the function of Inside Sales Rep can be described under 3 headings**:

- Revenue Generation_- Contacting retailers within the region with the objective of driving revenue via purchase orders through: A) Existing revenue retention, B) Organic growth by expanding retailers’ impact through new brands and additional SKUs. C) Hunting and growing the territory with net new retailers not currently purchasing from Nutrition Excellence.

Additional Responsibilities, inclusive but not limited to:

- Researching existing and new opportunities using various SEO techniques.
- Provide weekly call summaries and KPI.
- Ensure overall customer experience is maintained and succeeded with revenue growth.
- Professional Accountability_: The Inside Sales Rep will be directly responsible for the following core responsibilities.
- Revenue Growth
- Retailer Retention/Growth
- Strategic Positioning of Nutrition Excellence objectives
- Database Management

Qualifications Required for Success: Over and Above
- Sport supplement knowledge would be beneficial.
- 2+ Years in a controlled selling environment
- Proven success driving net new revenue through new acquisitions while also delivering on organic and retention revenue targets.
- Post-Secondary Education (College or University)

Benefits: Available after 3 months

Schedule / Location:

- Monday to Friday
- ON-SITE in Burlington, ON
- Some travel required for quarterly key account visits

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
