**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, product information).
- Learn and become proficient in all industry product knowledge.
- Work closely with Outside Sales Reps and Procurement.
- Prepare and review proposals and quotes with Outside Sales based on project specifications and client needs.
- Comply with sales processes and CRM tools to maintain detailed records.
- Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and services requested.
- Review RFQ’s and technical drawings to develop proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity to ensure sales success.

**Qualifications**:

- Required:_
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized and process driven.
- Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Assets:_

Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:

- Experience in a similar role relating to construction products.

**Other Information**
- This is a full-time position 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
