**Position Title: Commercial Administrator**

**Team and Location: Commercial - Grande Prairie, AB**

**Position Summary**:The Commercial Administrator is a support role for the Territory Manager that oversees the Commercial Marketers, Agents, and Resellers throughout the Prairies. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment; the position is fast-paced and requires are a strong customer service mindset. All Parkland employees are expected to perform their duties in a professional manner and adhere to Parkland’s company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process daily inventory transactions using JDE - Purchase requisitions, receiving orders, transfers, etc. And assist in the trouble shooting of unbalanced inventories as required.
- Generate purchase requisitions in Ivalua, review and approve submitted invoices as required by Territory Manager, provide Vendor support
- Assist with weekly and monthly cycle counts - Running, entering, investigating variances
- Facilitate mid-month and month-end asset and inventory counts
- Input CORITY Safety and Inspection reports
- Process and manage daily/weekly/monthly tasks and reports
- Perform account administration where Commercial Marketers do not have access
- Audit residential accounts set up by Commercial Marketers
- Prepare and submit approved cheque requisitions
- Other duties as assigned

***Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Business/Office or related field
- 2-3 years of office related experience
- Knowledgeable with accounting processes
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Self-starter with ability to develop processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- JD Edwards experience considered an asset
- Strong verbal, written and analytical communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environment
