Operations and Customer Service Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
**The Operations and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Cashier duties including handling transactions and customer queries.
- Maintain customer accounts are up to date.
- Receptionist roles such as greeting customers and handling calls.
- Retail Floor Administration including stock management and display organization.
- Shipping & Receiving operations.
- Basic purchasing tasks.
- Handling RMA and logistics.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Basic bookkeeping tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operational roles is preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- English as your primary language for both Written and Spoken.

- Experience in multiple roles mentioned above.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge or interest in technology and gadgets.
