**Skilled Laborer**
Are you a highly skilled and versatile construction worker with expertise in multiple areas of construction? Power House Construction is seeking experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in London, Ontario. As a Multi-Skilled Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in executing various construction tasks, ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drywall Installation and Repair**: Proficiency in hanging drywall, taping, and repairing drywall as needed.
**Flooring**: Installation of various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, tile, and laminate.
**Windows and Doors**: Installation and replacement of windows and doors, ensuring proper fit and insulation.
**Trim Work**: Precision in installing and finishing trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and door casings.
**Rough Carpentry**: Competence in rough carpentry tasks such as framing and structural work.
**Cabinet Installation**: Installation of cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas.
**Siding and Fascia Installation/Repair**: Experience in installing and repairing siding and fascia to protect and enhance building exteriors.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven expertise in drywall installation, taping, painting, flooring, window and door installation, trim work, rough carpentry, cabinet installation, siding, and fascia work.
- Previous construction experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
