We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and take charge of managing multiple businesses. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets across various business divisions. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to create and manage successful sales teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth across multiple divisions.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals for each business, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives.
- Set clear sales objectives, provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the team, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and motivated sales culture, inspiring team members to meet and exceed their individual and team goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in managing multiple businesses.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales strategies, adapting to changing market conditions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for driving sales success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $25.50-$35.50 per hour
