The** Program Manager **plays a pivotal role within the Managed Services Operations Team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Director of Managed Services, the Program Manager is instrumental in implementing and maintaining strategic program initiatives that drive scalability and growth within the Managed Services Operations.

This role demands a seasoned professional with excellent project management skills, program oversight, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients. The Program Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects including enhancing the customer experience, mitigating project risks, and driving internal standards and governance processes.

**What you'll be doing**:
Project Oversight:

- Implement robust governance frameworks to monitor and control project progress effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize project risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Regularly assess project status and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor project activities, anticipating potential problems and implementing corrective actions as necessary in collaboration with the delivery teams.
- Act as a point of contact for customer escalations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly in collaboration with the delivery teams.
- Facilitate framework for customer acceptance and service assurance onboarding processes, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Strategic Programs:

- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic program initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and issues associated with program initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to drive effective solutions for the automation of managed services operations and enhancement of the customer experience.

Documentation Management:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive internal and customer-facing documentation for managed service operational standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex concepts into understandable, client-friendly documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to internal teams.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, related field and/or relevant experience.
- 10+ years experience in similar role(s).
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a managed services environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and best practices methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
