**Hybrid Work Model**

At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, valuing the flexibility and autonomy it provides our team. We also acknowledge the intangible benefits of occasional in-person workdays. For team members situated within 50 kms/31 miles of our five global offices in Ottawa, Eldoret, Penang, Columbus, and Amsterdam, you can expect to come into the office one day a week. Similarly, those near our co-working spaces in Nairobi and Toronto are encouraged to work onsite once a month.

**Job Description**:
Responsible for the development, facilitation and delivery of a range of learning solutions supporting Assent’s strategic and operational business needs, your easy manner and professional style instills confidence in your Learners. Through a variety of standard modalities, you will create and deliver content that drives the success of our internal employees, customers, and our customer’s suppliers through their lifecycle with our products and services.
- Professional facilitator role, accountable for delivering instructional, operational, product and customer-based training programs to internal team members, clients and their suppliers;
- Showcase new features/enhancements to internal and external users through in-class delivery, webinars, videos and various document formats;
- Partner with key stakeholders to define learning solution objectives aligned to business goals;
- Conduct needs assessments to identify causes of performance gaps and recommend appropriate interventions;
- Develop user training materials including documents, videos and tips & tricks for corporate and departmental use. Mediums for this task include physical and digital media and eLearning via Assent’s Learning Management System

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Learning and Development, Business, or Instructional Design and Delivery
- Experience designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate B2B setting; demonstrated proficiency in authoring/creative tools would be considered an asset
- Flexibility in work hours to support various time zones is required
