Full Time Palliative Lpn for Community

At Care at Home Services, we provide a positive and supportive work environment that offers a unique opportunity for LPN/RNs to work with patients during their end-of-life care while providing comfort and support to their families.
We offer training to ensure that the successful applicant is confident in providing and monitoring pain management, alleviating physical symptoms, educating patients and their families on symptom management, and providing emotional support.
As a casual LPN or RN you must be able to assess a patient's condition and provide medication and comfort measures as needed. You should also be comfortable working independently in a home care setting, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be able to drive to the client's home.
To qualify, you must have graduated from an approved nursing school, have current practicing registration with BCCNP, maintain a valid CPR C and First Aid certificate, and have acute care or gerontological experience.
**Salary**:
$36.00 per hour for LPN
$46.00 per hour for RN
**Salary**: $38.00 per hour
