**Title**: Nursing Practice Consultant - LPN Practice
**Salary**: $99,505 - $122,073 per year (pay range explained below)*
**Contract**: Term - March 31, 2025
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid, (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.
**Bargaining Unit**: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)

**About the role**
As a Nursing Practice Consultant - LPN Practice, you will - Provide education, thought leadership and consultation on clinical practice services that includes orientation, training, in-service, clinical support and clinical competency assessment to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who provide health services to First Nations communities and individuals in British Columbia. Delivers professional nursing practice, public health and program consultation supporting the development, implementation, and management of community-based nursing programs.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ten (10) years of experience in practical nursing providing clinical practice support and education to nurses or an acceptable combination of education, training and professional experience.
- Previous experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) an asset
- Eligibility or current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current BC Immunization Certification
- Basic Life Support Certification Level C
