Our Burnaby Branch, Pediatrics
- Specialty Nursing branch is seeking dedicated **Licensed Practical Nurses **to join our team in **Vancouver **for Adult Palliative Care Program.
In this role you will be providing comprehensive, compassionate, end of life care to our palliative clients, as well as support for the family members as they go through this journey with their loved one.
- Bayshore’s top priority is to keep our employees and clients safe. Our commitment is to provide all our employees with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate training, as well as daily infection prevention screening of clients and workers, prior to visits, to help prevent exposures to COVID-19._
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Provide clinical assessments and implement their symptom and pain management treatment, while focusing on what matters most to them and their families
- You provide a patient-centered compassionate nursing care approach while working with their families and with an interdisciplinary team.
- Make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of home healthcare

Job Qualification
**Requirements**:
- Active license with BCCNM
- 2 years nursing experience
- Palliative care in a community setting
- Prefer completed LEAP program, Fundamentals of Palliative Care or equivalent
- Strong clinical and ethical practices, particularly in pain and symptoms management, using evidence
- based care
