**Branch Operations Manager**
Our client, Car-Wal, is a well-established, growing service company in the building supplies industry. They are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to manage one of their locations in London, ON. The
Branch Operations Manager will work within the broad parameters of the corporation but maintain an entrepreneurial spirit within her/his location.

**Main responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the location
- Hire and train employees, and evaluate their performance
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met
- Prepare reports on sales
- Assist in financial management - cost control, inventory, sales margins
- Create and maintain solid relationships with clients
- Liaise with other branches to share strategies
- Take on staff duties to fill temporary gaps or assist team if needed
- Ensure that all corporate policies are fulfilled (e.g., health and safety, etc.)
**Your profile**:
- Experience working as Branch Operations Manager in the building supplies industry
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced service business
- Good understanding of cost control, inventory, and sales margins
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Constant focus on evaluating productivity/performance and developing strategies for improvement. Ability to plan ahead
- Capacity to work in a process-driven environment
- Team player with a proven ability to build strong teams
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
