Position Summary
Role

An Account Manager is responsible for developing new product and service sales and enhancing relationships with our existing mid-sized clients. In general, an Account Manager is expected to provide exceptional service, liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams such as Renewal Specialists, Customer Success Representatives, and professional services to understand and fulfill customer needs. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Some specific responsibilities of the role will include the following:

- Expand existing relationships by connecting and visiting accounts to understand the desired outcome, and fulfilling customer needs
- Build on existing customer relationships by providing valuable information and resources and scheduling meetings or demos to showcase the company's products or services.
- Collaborate with other sales teams and members (including Customer Success, and Renewal Specialists) to develop account plans for further penetration and growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in Salesforce, the Account Sales Matrix and other systems.
- Coordinate sales efforts pipeline management with your manager.
- Attend industry and networking events.
- Keep abreast of all vendor information and updates, such as price list adjustments, promotions, and policy changes.
- Participate in teams calls and meetings.

Responsabilités

- Collaborer avec d’autres équipes de vente (Accruent, MFG, Programmation & développement) et membres de l’équipe pour développer des plans de pénétration (accounts planning) et de croissance supplémentaire.
- Tenir des enregistrements précis et à jour de toutes les activités de vente et des interactions des clients dans Salesforce incluant la matrice des ventes par compte.
- Coordonnez la gestion de votre pipeline de vente avec votre gestionnaire.
- Assistez à des événements de l’industrie et de réseautage.
- Maintenir vos connaissances sur toutes les informations et mises à jour sur les fournisseurs, telles que les ajustements de liste de prix, les promotions et les modifications de stratégie.
- Participer aux appels et aux réunions des équipes.
