**Job Summary**

The Administrative Support Representative will focus on administrative duties directly associated with our customers' financing loans. They will act as a liaison, fulfilling specific requests, delivering precise information, and swiftly resolving any customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, all while adhering to relevant policies and procedures. Demonstrating a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability is crucial to meet corporate standards

**Responsibilities**
- Review and prepare reports specific to the Finance Department
- Review and prepare documentation related to customer financing including but not limited to bankruptcy, credit counselling, credit reporting, etc.
- Act as a liaison between third-party collection agencies and internal departments
- Address internal department inquiries to facilitate customer financing requests
- Manage daily and weekly inbound and outbound mail procedures
- Review and process payments

**Qualifications**
- Business Administration Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity
- General understanding of credit/debit accounting principles
- Proactive problem-solver with critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, adept at multitasking to successfully manage high work volumes and tasks based on priority and due date
- Takes proactive ownership and responsibility for AR function
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a commitment to accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
