We are seeking a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual for to take on a head coach and academy coach role.

**About Chinooks FC**:
Chinooks FC is a non-profit organization focused on soccer player development through premier soccer training in the city of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. At Chinooks FC we believe that soccer is for everyone regardless of a person’s culture, colour, ancestry, nationality, age, political beliefs, religion, family status, physical or mental disability, gender or sexual orientation. The philosophy of Chinooks FC is to use both personal and soccer development to build a positive community with families in Calgary.

**Position overview**:
As a Chinooks FC youth soccer coach, youwill be responsible for fostering a positive and supportive environment where players can grow both on and off the field. This role involves planning, leading practices, organizing games, and promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among players.You will be joining a team of experienced and highly qualified coaches who will support you in developing the players.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow weekly themes put forth by Technical Director
- Create and conduct sessions with an emphasis on the four quadrants of the game
- Regularly report training, game and player development-related activities
- Provide a safe, supportive, and competitive development environment
- Provide individual/collective feedback to players
- Ability to motivate and engage young athletes
- Ability to work in a team environment and under the Club’s vision

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Coaching licenses an asset

**Hourly Pay**: $15- $35, based on qualifications
