About the Role:

New Frontier Soccer Academy Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sports professional to join our team as Director of Soccer Development.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our youth soccer programs, develop and implement strategies to improve player performance, and manage the daily operations of our soccer division.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement effective youth soccer programs that meet the needs of players and coaches.
  • Player Development: Provide guidance and support to players to help them reach their full potential.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate teams to achieve success in competitions.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting program expectations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability of programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
