-The successful applicant will:

Perform ERP System maintenance and updates

Manage purchases and returns

Obtain quotes from multiple suppliers when possible to obtain best price/product for value and needs

Expedite delivery of goods as requested

Resolve issues with freight and customs clearances upon import and export of goods

Manage inventory transactions & movements

Conduct training sessions for co-workers as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent

Post-Secondary Education in supply chain management, warehousing and/or logistics considered an asset

Minimum 1 year experience in procurement and/or supply chain management

Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Great Plains is an asset

Skilled at developing and testing of new business processes

Proven ability to comprehend and utilize reports allowing Clarion to make better purchasing, inventory and vendor partner decisions.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at various levels within an organization

Strong organization and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, commitment to quality & outstanding customer service and ability to work well under pressure

Analytical and data driven

Bilingual in French and English is an asset
