Tenant Coordinator

**ABOUT THE JOB**: Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the **Tenant Coordinator** is responsible to support the activities related to tenant requirements. In this capacity the role will provide administrative support to Management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and tracking service and maintenance requests including coordinating access and troubleshooting minor service tickets.
- Verification of invoices and backup for accuracy.
- Preparation for move-ins, including upload of leases, tenant information and move-in documentation in the system and the set-up of keys, key releases and welcome package.
- Preparing documentation package relating to move-outs, including notices, inspection forms, deposit refunds and close-out communications.
- Administrative support for the Team including responding to call, enquiries, organizing files - both digital and hard copy - and preparing reports.
- As required, assisting with activities related to the rental and leasing of suites including showing and inspections.
- Completion of post-secondary education
- 3+ years of progressive work experience in a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors would be preferred
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver high quality results while working under multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Must be comfortable around domestic animals/pets
